The concept of Active Wings™ is a new and actually only realized by Style of Speed technology.

Active Edge
The principal behind the Active Edge™ technology is well known. By actively sucking and blowing air across the whole body and wings of an aeronautical vehicle it is possible to sculpture a virtual body and wing shape with unique performances. One example is our Active Edge™ system that forms the boundary layer of a wing at its leading and trailing edges.
