The SOS Cayman 9S9 is our very passionate conversion based on the models Cayman and Boxster by the marque Volkswagen→Porsche based on the design of the models 959 respectively 961 and 911 (993) GT1 with the (chopped) roof and the rear side-window ele- ments, further design elements of the models 911 GT3 RSR and 918 resembling their front and rear sections for example, and the head- lights and taillights of the models 911 and 918, as well as features of our Boxster GT and Cayman GT conversions.
Drivetrains
The drivetrains are powered either by the boxer engine with 6 cyl- inders of the marque Porsche, or the 4.0-liter to 4.8-liter 90° V8 FSI or TFSI engines of the marque Volkswagen→Audi actually, that are even available with a twin-turbo or a supercharger. 4 Wheel Drive (4WD) can be realized by using hybrid drivetrains with our Active Differential at the front axel, or in the case of the V8 engines with the classic quattro technology by the marque Audi.
Custom Dynamics
Further possibilities are a push rod suspension, which is standard for the versions powered by a V8 engine, as well as the full range of race equipment and all kinds of customization possibilities.
